I use to sit around waiting for life to happen, I kept saying no to amazing opportunities, thinking the situation will sort itself out but, it wasn't happening. I use to dream and fantasise about how my life could be but, I didn't notice a change until I got up and started moving and saying yes, now change has happened for the better.
Goal: Say yes to something you wouldn't usually say yes to, be brave, be confident, I believe in you.
