Hello Beauties,
Recently I read an article on the NHS website about how exercise
can help a persons mental health and this is something which I
strongly agree with! They say that by exercising, it helps to take
your mind off of any events that make you feel anxious or depressed.
As by exercising you are gaining more control over your body and that
is supposed to focus the mind away from any triggers, giving you a
peace of mind and a healthy distraction.
I know the word 'exercising' can be very scary, you automatically
think, I need to join an gym and get some new running gear but, you
don't. Exercise can be anything small or big. It could mean going for
a 15 walk, a kick around in the park or a simple exercise DVD in your
own home. It's very important to find out which type of exercise
suits you and what you get the most pleasure from doing. There's a
lot of trial and error but, that's not such a bad thing. Get your
friends, family or even your dog involved, trying out these things I
find are more fun with friends
I think it's very important to nurture your mental health and this
is such an easy way to keep in touch with yourself and stay active.
You'll be happier and healthier either way.
Thanks for reading!
Lots of Love, Hugs and Kisses,
