Ladies and gents, I present to you Alex Lahey. I discovered her music when she opened up for Tegan and Sara on their European tour, more specifically, she joined the UK leg of the tour. She's an Aussie singer/songwriter from Melbourne and her sound is kinda alternative and indie, which I'm kinda into. Her music is very different from anything in the charts and anything that UK music has to offer, she's unique and extremely talented. Her performance at the roundhouse was incredible, I loved how no one knew the lyrics to her songs, I love how she was completely jet lagged and I love how she just casually walked on the stage and how comfortable she was up there.
