When it came to writing this blog post, I was stunned that I hadn't already written this before. Tegan and Sara are twins from Canada and they write, produce and sing their own music. They have a kinda pop/rock/indie vibe and I love it!
Their breakthrough album (Heartthrob), is a rollercoaster from track to track. The album is inspired by heartbreaks and heartthrobs, it's very relatable and describes every emotion while being in and out of a relationship. My favourite tracks include, 'Now I'm All Messed Up', 'I Was A Fool', 'I'm Not Your Hero', 'Goodbye, Goodbye' and of course 'Closer'.
If you hadn't of heard of Tegan and Sara until now, then where have you been?! They are doing amazingly well and are finishing recording their 8th album! Which I can't wait for! Also, recently I've been really enjoying watching some of their live shows online, they're such amazing performers and really funny, when chatting to the audience. I love these girls and wish them all the success in the world!
